It was cold and damp, I woke up and peered out the kitchen window and noticed you could not see 10 feet in front of you. There was a thick wet fog around everything. My first immediate thought, "I gotta get some pictures". So that's what I did, I set off with camera in hand and went to my favorite local state park across the street and started taking pictures. It was quite, with birds singing in the back ground. Kinda Erie, but I liked it. So much that I just parked my car and walked around listening to nature and water, its brings peace to me. I'm thankful for those moments I get alone, comfortable in my own skin and just thankful to be alive.

How wonderful that you live by a state park! Love the pictures. Stopping by from Too Cute Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteI am very lucky, its right across the street!
DeleteSuch lovely and atmospheric photos! It must have been wonderful to have the place to yourself (well, mostly to yourself since it seems you found a friend if that last photo is any indication!)
ReplyDeleteIt was very peaceful to have that area to myself, which reminds me I need to renew my pass for the park this month!
